Installation Steps: –

• Place the Machine – Position the machine on a stable, level surface with sufficient working space.
• Install Clamp Inserts – Select and fit the correct clamp inserts according to the HDPE pipe diameter.
• Connect Power – Connect the heating plate and trimmer/facing tool, and ensure the electrical supply matches the machine rating.
• Position the Pipes – Place both HDPE pipe ends into the 4 clamps and align them properly.
• Clamp the Pipes – Tighten the clamps securely to prevent pipe movement during welding.
• Face the Pipe Ends – Place the trimmer between the pipes and face both ends until they are clean, flat, and parallel.
• Clean & Align – Remove plastic shavings, bring the pipe ends together, and check alignment.
• Heat the Pipe Ends – Place the heated plate between the pipe ends and follow the recommended fusion temperature and heating time for the pipe.
• Join the Pipes – Remove the heating plate and immediately bring the molten pipe ends together under the specified fusion pressure.
• Cool the Joint – Keep the pipes clamped and undisturbed until the recommended cooling time is complete.
• Release & Inspect – Release the clamps, remove the welded pipe, and visually inspect the fusion bead for uniformity and proper alignment.
