Terms & Conditions for Sale of Products:-

Effective Date: 24.09.2026. These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of products, machinery, equipment, tools, electrical goods, non-electrical goods, spare parts, and related products purchased through www.solwet.com, by quotation, purchase order, email, telephone, WhatsApp, or any other authorised sales channel of SOLWET. By placing an order, making payment, accepting delivery, or otherwise purchasing products from SOLWET, the purchaser (“Buyer”, “Customer” or “Consignee”) acknowledges that these Terms, together with the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, tax invoice and product-specific terms, form the basis of the sale.

        1. Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. An item being displayed on the website does not necessarily guarantee that it will remain available at the time an order is placed. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Solwet may contact the customer regarding:

  • Alternative product
  • Revised availability
  • Revised delivery schedule
  • Cancellation
  • Refund

      2. Installation: Installation is not expressly included in the order unless specifically stated in the quotation/order confirmation. Product prices do not include installation, commissioning, site preparation, electrical work, civil work, transportation beyond the stated delivery arrangement, or operator training. If Solwet provides installation, please specify:

  • Installation charges
  • Travel charges
  • Site preparation
  • Electrical requirements
  • Customer responsibilities
  • Installation location
  • Installation schedule

     3. Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring:

  • Suitable installation location
  • Suitable electrical supply
  • Required tools
  • Proper foundation/support where applicable
  • Safe operating environment
  • Appropriate pipe/material compatibility
  • Trained operators
  • Compliance with applicable safety requirements

     4. Safe Use of Machinery: Because Solwet sells industrial equipment, this is particularly important. Machinery and tools sold through Solwet.com should only be operated by appropriately trained and competent persons and in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating instructions and applicable safety requirements. Customers should use appropriate:

  • Personal protective equipment
  • Electrical safety procedures
  • Machine guarding
  • Operating procedures
  • Maintenance procedures

Solwet does not encourage customers to use machinery outside the manufacturer’s specified operating parameters.

      5. Force Majeure: Solwet shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including where applicable:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Fire
  • War
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes
  • Transport disruptions
  • Pandemics
  • Supply-chain disruptions
  • Port/customs delays
  • Power failures
  • Internet/network failures
  • Other events beyond reasonable control
