PPR welding machine operation: How to use a PPR welding machine?

1. Mounting Die – The PPR tube hot melt machine has red and green indicator lights. Red light means warming, and green light means constant temp. It can’t be used when it reaches the green light for the first time; it can only be used when it reaches the green light for the second time. The Temperature during the hot melt is  260 deg to 280 deg C.

2. Before using, check that the PPR pipe at both ends is not damaged; if damaged, you need to cut the pipe with the pipe cutter.
