The Solwet SOLEX28E Single Heating Plastic Extruder is a specialized tool designed for thermoplastic welding and fabrication applications. It heats compatible plastic welding material and extrudes it through a welding nozzle to create strong joints between suitable plastic components. This machine is suitable for applications involving thermoplastic sheets, panels, tanks, containers, and other compatible plastic structures. It can support fabrication, installation, repair, and maintenance work in industrial and commercial environments. The single heating system is designed to heat the extrusion material. The plastic extrusion welder is a new kind of heat blast welder introducing advanced international technology and is made with extrusion technology. Heat blast warm-up and the plastic welding rod are combined to enhance the welding strength with their reasonable structure, convenient operation, continuous welding, high working efficiency, and great extruding pressure; therefore, they are the ideal products for welding and processing various thermoplastic plastics.

Maintenance:-

• Clean the extrusion nozzle after the machine has cooled completely.
• Remove leftover plastic material according to the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions.
• Check the power cable and electrical connections for damage.
• Store the equipment in a clean, dry location.
