Hot Air Welding Gun with Auto Cooling – SOL1600D
Product Description:-
The Solwet SOL1600D Hot Air Welding Gun with Auto Cooling is a practical tool for heating and welding compatible thermoplastic materials. It produces a stream of hot air that softens plastic surfaces for welding, joining, shaping, and repair. The auto-cooling function helps cool the heating element after use, reducing residual heat during shutdown and supporting the maintenance of the equipment. Its versatile design suits plastic fabrication workshops, repair units, installation work, and other applications involving compatible thermoplastic materials. Whether used for plastic sheet welding, membrane repair, or fabrication tasks, the Solwet SOL1600D offers a convenient hot air welding solution for professional and workshop use.

Safety Instructions:-
- Turn the heater power to the lowest setting first before welding. Then raise the temperature to the right degree step by step according to your requirement.
- Do not touch the cylinder during operation to avoid scalds. Put it down softly after use in order to prolong its life.
- This model has an auto-cooling function (after finishing your welding job, you don’t need to adjust the potentiometer to the “O” position. You can turn off the power switch directly. Now the welder stops heating, but the air blower will still blow for 3.5 minutes to cool down the welder and then power off automatically)
- If you are not a professional person, please do not open the machine
- Wear suitable heat-resistant gloves and protective equipment.
- Keep the hot nozzle away from skin, clothing, and flammable materials.
- Do not touch the nozzle or heating element immediately after operation.
- Allow the auto-cooling cycle to complete before switching off the main power, if required by the manufacturer’s instructions.
