Full Cassette Awning Installation Guide:-

Step 1: Open the Package: Carefully open the package. Check that all parts are included. Measure the total length of the awning. Decide where you want to install it.

Step 2: Mark the Bracket Position: Find the position where the awning arms are attached. The wall brackets should line up with these arm positions. This helps support the awning correctly.

Step 3: Align the Wall Brackets: Place the wall brackets so they are directly in line with the awning arms. Keep both brackets level and at the same height. Repeat the same setup on both sides.

Step 4: Measure the Distance: Measure the distance between the two wall brackets. Also measure the distance from each bracket to the edge of the awning. Check that both sides are equal.

Step 5: Mark the Installation Location: Transfer your measurements to the wall.Mark where each wall bracket will be installed. If there is a ceiling or wall above the awning, leave at least 22 cm (220 mm) of space above the brackets.

Step 6: Mark the Screw Holes: Hold the wall bracket against the wall. Use a pencil or marker to mark all screw hole positions. Make sure the bracket is perfectly level before marking.

Step 7: Drill the Holes: Use an electric hammer drill (impact drill) to drill the marked holes. Insert the expansion anchors into the holes. Tap them gently with a hammer if needed.

Step 8: Fix the Wall Brackets: Secure the brackets using the supplied bolts or screws. Tighten all fasteners firmly. Ensure the brackets are solid and do not move

Step 9: Remove the Rear Cover Plate: Remove the rear cover plate from each wall bracket before hanging the awning. Keep the cover plate safe for reinstallation later.

Step 10: Hang the Awning: Carefully lift the awning onto the installed wall brackets. Make sure it is seated correctly before releasing.

Step 11: Lock the Awning: Ensure the awning locks securely into both brackets. Check both sides to confirm the awning cannot slip or fall. Make sure the rain gutter on the cassette faces downward.

Step 12: Install the Rear Cover Plate: Once the awning is securely mounted, reinstall the rear cover plate. Tighten all screws securely.

Step 13: Test the Awning: Open and close the awning several times. Check that it moves smoothly. Make sure the fabric opens evenly, and the awning is level.

Step 14: Adjust the Tilt (If Needed): If you want to change the awning angle, turn the adjustment bolt clockwise to lower the front of the awning. Turn the adjustment bolt counterclockwise to raise the front of the awning. Raising the awning arms slightly makes adjustment easier.

Step 15: Final Check: Tighten all screws again. Install the protective screw caps. Your full cassette awning is now ready to use.
