PPR welding machine operation: How to use a PPR welding machine?

1. Mounting Die – The PPR tube hot melt machine has red and green indicator lights. A red light indicates warming, and a green light indicates a constant temperature. It can’t be used when it first reaches the green light; it can only be used when it reaches the green light for the second time. The Temperature during the hot melt is  260 °C to 280 °C.
2. Before using, check that the PPR pipe at both ends is not damaged. If damaged, cut the pipe with a pipe cutter.
